Job purpose: Support Procurement Department for the daily internal administration activities and assistance to the team
Main duties: 61 Responsible for daily documents filing and archiving related to the department 61 Support department colleagues on the internal documents and application forms dispatch and approval 61 Support to VPM section manager on third party communication and payment application 61 Supports on indirect purchasing if necessary 61 Coordinate with the other departments for the internal affairs, such as Finance, IT, Admin or P&C department 61 Help arrange and organize the department events if necessary
