1.Participate in establishing, maintaining, and optimizing the regional FS system, procedure, and process to align with the corporate QMRA system and global-aligned CM procedures and standards and ensure the consistency, suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness
2.Conducting forward sourcing from the preliminary study to the end of life, including but not limited to:
-Cost estimation, target cost planning and tracking, cost control, cost optimization in R&D projects and changes
-Coordination and implementation of inquiries including negotiations
-Supplier awarding with the involvement of category management and consideration of the material group strategy
-Planning, coordination, and optimization of procurement scheduling
-Work with R&D, procurement, and production for the cost-down approach, e.g. VA/VE and Dfx,etc.
-Involvement of suppliers at an early stage to coordinate requirements and exploit their innovation potential
-Implementation of make-or-buy analyses, platform concepts, and standardizations
-etc.
-Project documentation according to CS (e.g. SCM (FS) concept; Suppliers Risk Analysis)
-Maintenance of article-related master data in the ERP system
-Requesting the required material compliance certificates
提供从研发项目的前期研究到结束整个过程的前期采购支持，包括但不限于如下任务：
-研发项目/变更的成本估算、目标成本计划及跟踪、成本控制、成本优化；
-协调和执行项目询价，包括价格及商务谈判等；
-和品类管理团队一起，根据物料品类战略和策略，决定项目品类物料的供应商选择；
-规划、协调及优化采购规划和进度；
-和技术团队、采购部门及生产合作，利用VA/VE,Dfx等降本手段，针对设计进行成本/性能分析
-倡导项目阶段供应商早期介入，挖掘供应商技术和创新潜力；
-主导自制/购买分析、零部件/方案平台概念匹配选择、标准化；
-根据集团流程标准对将项目文件进行存档；
-在ERP系统中对物料相关主数据进行维护；
-根据要求收集物料相合规证书。
3.Provide forward-sourcing support in the engineering changes for specific objectives and targets, collaborate with the product lifecycle team and other stakeholders to work on the specific objectives and tasks of engineering changes from FS expertise perspective, and implement the defined purchasing and supplier concept to ensure the completion of the assigned targets
4.Work together with the Material Management team to make the product and materials exit approach and planning for the produce phase-out to ensure the completion of the end-of-life process;
在产品下市阶段，和物料管理部门一起，制定产品和物料退出策略和计划，完成产品及物料退出管理；
5.Engage deeply in the localization of transfer products and new development products and Lead localization support from a forward-sourcing expertise perspective to support the objectives and targets of cost, quality, and time.
6.Work closely with Global Procurement and the global forward-sourcing team, contribute to the global forward-sourcing strategy, and establish a strong alliance for communication, collaboration, and mutual assistance
7.Participate in the regional category and supplier management strategy and contribute to the supplier lifecycle management in terms of classification, evaluation, selection, performance management, integration, and exit
8.Report the FS-related KPIs and implement continuous improvement according to the global and regional guidance

Requirements:
80Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering education background with strong technical understanding in specific disciplines; 80At least 6 years of work experience in procurement-related positions and min. 4 years of experience in project procurement or forward sourcing area ; 80Strong knowledge and experience in material/component / (sub) system/product cost analysis and breakdown, e.g. TCO and SHOULD COST Model, etc. 80Profound technical knowledge of the manufacturing and assembling process and professional methodologies/mindset of the cost-down approach, e.g., VA/VE, DfX, etc. 80Good knowledge and strong experience in NPI, localization, and procurement project management . 80Proficient in English, both written and spoken, is essential. 80Willingness to travel over 30% of the work time 80Exposure to multicultural working environment
