Major Responsibilities: - Manage and execute recruitment processes, including but not limited to maintaining recruitment sources, posting job advertisements, interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups. - Manage employee life cycle, handle new joiner onboarding, transfers, leaves of absence and terminations. - Assist in continuous implementation of HR policies, nurture company culture for employees across office locations. - Support training activities such as orientation, milestone training program, etc. - Assist in delivering HR reports on a timely basis. During bi-annual performance and salary review, support with generating database regarding key components for further evaluation. - Assist in employee benefit and recognition programs. - Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leaders.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources Business, Management) . - 3+ years solid HR professional experience and preferably in professional services, HR generalist experience is a must. - Good understanding of applicable laws and regulations in relation to HR matters. - Professional certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred. - Experience using MS tools, especially in Excel, PowerPoint. - Proficiency in English communication skill. - Ability to multi-task and bring multiple projects to completion and within the budgeted timeframe.
