Assist the Director of Nursing Department in comprehensively managing the hospital's nursing work to ensure high-quality, safe and efficient nursing services for patients and promote the professional development and continuous progress of the nursing team.

1、 Participate in formulating and improving the work plans, work systems and procedures of the Nursing Department. Supervise the implementation of nursing work in each department in strict accordance with the standards. Regularly inspect and evaluate the quality of nursing care, identify problems in a timely manner and organize rectification to ensure that the overall quality of nursing care in the hospital meets industry standards and hospital requirements.
参与制定和完善护理部的工作计划、工作制度与流程，监督各科室护理工作严格按照标准执行，定期检查与评估护理质量，及时发现问题并组织整改，确保全院护理质量达到行业标准与医院要求。
2、 Assist the Director of Nursing Department in the allocation of nursing human resources. Based on factors such as the number of patients in each department, the severity of their conditions and the skill levels of nursing staff, make reasonable arrangements for the shifts, duty and rotation of nursing staff to ensure the smooth progress of clinical nursing work. At the same time, pay attention to the workload of nursing staff to avoid overwork.
协助护理部总监进行护理人力资源调配，根据各科室患者数量、病情严重程度及护理人员技能水平等因素，合理安排护理人员班次、值班与轮休，保障临床护理工作的顺利开展，同时关注护理人员工作负荷，避免过度劳累。
3、 Go deep into the front line of clinical practice, conduct regular ward rounds to understand the nursing needs of patients and the implementation of nursing work. Organize discussions on difficult nursing cases and provide professional guidance to promote the effective solution of nursing problems and improve the effect of nursing services.
深入临床一线，定期查房，了解患者护理需求及护理工作落实情况，对疑难护理病例组织讨论，提供专业指导意见，促进护理问题的有效解决，提升护理服务效果。


Nursing Team Building

1、Assist the Director in formulating the training plan for nursing staff. Combine the hospital's development strategy, cutting-edge knowledge in the nursing discipline and actual clinical needs to determine the training content and methods, covering the training of newly recruited nurses, continuing education for in-service nurses, and the cultivation of specialist nurses. Organize and implement training activities and supervise the training effect to continuously improve the overall professional quality of the nursing team.
协助总监制定护理人员培训计划，结合医院发展战略、护理学科前沿知识及临床实际需求，确定培训内容与方式，涵盖新入职护士培训、在职护士继续教育、专科护士培养等项目，组织实施培训活动并监督培训效果，不断提升护理团队整体专业素质。
2、Participate in the performance appraisal and evaluation of nursing staff. Establish a scientific and reasonable appraisal indicator system. Conduct objective and fair appraisals of nursing staff from multiple dimensions such as nursing quality, work attitude, professional skills and patient satisfaction. Based on the appraisal results, put forward suggestions for rewards and punishments to motivate nursing staff to be proactive. At the same time, provide a basis for the promotion and evaluation of outstanding nursing staff.

Nursing Risk Management
护理风险管理
1、Assist in establishing and improving the nursing risk prevention system. Organize the identification and assessment of potential risk factors in nursing work, such as patient falls, bed falls, pressure ulcers, medication errors, etc. Develop targeted risk prevention measures and emergency response plans and supervise their implementation to reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and ensure patient safety.
协助建立和完善护理风险防范体系，组织识别、评估护理工作中的潜在风险因素，如患者跌倒、坠床、压疮、用药错误等，制定针对性的风险防范措施与应急预案，并监督落实情况，降低护理风险事件的发生率，保障患者安全。
2、Be responsible for the management of nursing adverse events. When an adverse event occurs, promptly organize an investigation and analysis to identify the cause, determine the responsibility, summarize the lessons learned, formulate improvement measures to prevent the recurrence of similar events. At the same time, report the event situation to the superior leader in accordance with the regulations to maintain the normal medical order of the hospital.
负责护理不良事件的管理，当不良事件发生时，及时组织调查分析，查明原因，确定责任，总结经验教训，制定改进措施，防止类似事件再次发生，同时按照规定向上级领导报告事件情况，维护医院正常医疗秩序。


Communication, Coordination and External Cooperation

1、 As a communication bridge between the Nursing Department and other departments in the hospital, strengthen cooperation and coordination with the Medical Affairs Department, Pharmacy Department, Logistics Support Department, etc. Coordinate and solve problems in nursing work involving multiple departments, such as patient transfer and handover, drug supply, equipment maintenance, etc. to ensure the smooth operation of the medical service process.
作为护理部与医院其他部门之间的沟通桥梁，加强与医务部、药剂科、后勤保障部等部门的协作配合，协调解决护理工作中涉及多部门的问题，如患者转科交接、药品供应、设备维修等，确保医疗服务流程的顺畅运行。
2、 Represent the Nursing Department to participate in relevant meetings and activities related to hospital quality management, discipline construction, scientific research and teaching. Report the progress and achievements of nursing work and put forward opinions and suggestions in the nursing aspect to provide a reference for hospital decision-making and promote the overall development of the hospital.
代表护理部参与医院的质量管理、学科建设、科研教学等相关会议与活动，汇报护理工作进展与成果，提出护理方面的意见与建议，为医院决策提供参考依据，促进医院整体发展。
3、Pay attention to the development trends of the domestic and foreign nursing industries. Actively seek cooperation and exchange opportunities with other medical institutions, nursing colleges, professional associations, etc. Organize nursing staff to participate in academic conferences, training seminars, study visits and other activities to introduce advanced nursing concepts, technologies and management experience to improve the level of hospital nursing work and its influence in the industry.

Qualification and requirements资格和要求:
*Knowledge, Experiences, Skills and Competencies. 知识,经验,技能和能力.
1、 A master's degree or above in nursing, with a professional title of nurse-in-charge or above. Have rich clinical nursing experience. Generally, it is required to have engaged in nursing management work in a Class III Grade A hospital for more than ten years.
护理专业硕士及以上学历，具备主管护师及以上专业技术职称，有丰富的临床护理经验，一般要求在三级甲等医院从事护理管理工作10年以上。
2、Be familiar with national medical and health policies, regulations, industry standards and norms in the nursing field. Proficient in knowledge and skills related to nursing service management, quality management and team building. Possess strong organizational coordination, decision-making analysis and problem-solving abilities.
熟悉国家医疗卫生政策法规、护理行业标准与规范，精通护理业务管理、质量管理、团队建设等方面知识与技能，具备较强的组织协调、决策分析与问题解决能力。
