MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

à Analyze customer requirement and provide cost effective concepts which is technically feasible.
à Identify technical risk or bottleneck and propose measurements for new opportunities from the market.
à Select components, design schematic with WCCA calculation and finalize HW/SW interface per HW development timing.
à Conduct layout review to insure PCBA compatible with mechanical and high robust for EMC and thermal performance.
à Validate HW with different test method and optimize; record, analyze and interpret test results.
à Manage design documents per MQ process in good quality, less iteration (Plan, Calculation, Drawing, Test, WCCA, FMEDA, Reviews)
à Create EMC test plan and signed off with customer, conduct EMC trouble shooting in product level efficiently with less loop.
à Conduct design review and make decision on technical direction(concept/component/circuit)
à Lead critical technical problems solving process and recommend feasible solution.
à Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

à Expert understanding of electronic components/circuit/theory and familiar with electronic assembly processes.
à Complete product lifecycle development experience from concept to series is mandatory.
à Minimum 8 years direct design practice include EMC validation, Minimum 6years in automotive industry.
à Good communication skill verbal/written, including group presentation and technical reports.
à Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, customers, and employees.
