Job description:
85 Good communication with sales team /Customers to make sure orders are received correctly.
85 Work as Oracle OM user to accurately and timely issue SO in Oracle system and follow up the production schedule with local supporting dept to fulfill customer demand.
85 For SEA business like Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, etc., work closely with local supply chain team and logistic team to get the goods lead time and arrange shipment and fix any issues if occurred. Handle in-land logistic including all affairs in the port such as customs clearance, and transportation to warehouse and to customers for the local product made in MY Selangor plant.
85 For the Drop shipment in SEA business, work with US/Europe/ China team and sales closely to track and monitor physical status and feedback to foreign customer, check and offer related CI/PL for shipping, close sales order timely once Bill of Loading done
85 Issue invoice and post to customer side regularly for SEA business
85 For China business, work closely with China sales team to support local sales order handling, pricing maintenance and work together with local supply chain team to fulfil China customer requirements and needs.
85 Warehouse order tracking and monitor
85 Sample order ship control
2. Inventory review
85 Project product inventory control
85 Review related inventory report and monitor slob consumption.
3. Sales data support for sales team
85 Collect sales data and work closely with sales to achieve monthly sales goal.
4. Resolve customer claims
85 Key customer claim into discovery system within 2 working hours and arrange exchange per related leaders’ approval. Follow up open claims until case closed.
5. Other tasks assigned by line manager

This CS use to serve both PM SEA business and China business

Job requirements:
61 at least 2- 3 years working experiences which related in sales coordinating /customer service/supply chain
61 Good language communication ability for English and Chinese, work attitude and office software usage and ERP system
61 good communication ability and teamwork spirit.
61 Can work under great pressure, independently, responsible person.
