Tasks: Develop and Implement Global Processes: - Develop, implement, and maintain local procurement processes that are aligned with global standards and best practices. - Identify and address potential gaps between local processes and global standards. System Strategy & Transformation: - Define and own the procurement system strategy, including short-, mid-, and long-term deliverables. - Translate business requirements into system requirements to drive our system transformation towards state-of-the-art benchmarks. - Lead system enhancement projects in collaboration with the team, ensuring a balance between effort and benefit. System Setup & Compliance: - the procurement system setup meets the demands of global processes and maintains overall compliance. - Govern the deployment and adherence to global processes within the local organization. System Solutions & Support: - Develop and implement small system solutions using tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel Macros to improve efficiency and productivity. - Provide support for audits related to Sourcing Processes. Professional Development: - Attend industry conferences to stay updated on best practices and build a strong professional network. Project Management: - Coordinate and manage various procurement-related projects effectively. Requirements: 1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices. 2. Knowledge of data model and management principles and best practices. 3.
