The primary purpose of the Product Support Specialist is to support the Product Support Manager in enhancing Goodyear Aviation tire performance, improving customer satisfaction, supporting product development, and ensuring accurate demand forecasting. This is achieved through a combination of technical support, data analysis, customer engagement, and after-sales service, all aimed at helping the company meet its business objectives.
In this role, the Product Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in: 1. To support meet AOP and RvCC through providing knowledge of Goodyear Aviation products, it's technology and customer service as well. 2. To Improve tire performance through monitoring tire maintenance analysis, collect and analyze landing record from end user. Support tire OE development for company in the region. 3. To Analyze tire landing performance to help sales and supply chain to improve tire demand forecast accuracy. Perform regular customer visit and support sales team's business development. Perform annual tire performance review for customer. 4. To perform ramp check and conduct training for customer. Follow up with customer complain about tire defect. Follow up with tire failure case if necessary.
