Key Responsibilities 61 Ensure compliance with the directives and regulations that apply in the company as set / defined by the management 61 Steer and engage in Operation & Execution (from A to Z), providing high quality customer service, daily operations & documentation service to clients which are in line with the defined policy and SOP 61 Identify, explore and realize cost-saving opportunities in order to increase yield under consideration of maintaining operational quality 61 Draft, update & implement SOP/ Working Instructions relative to attributed business 61 Provide scheduled and timely reports on transport execution progress to clients, overseas offices and management team 61 Supervise cargo operations, cargo inspection and site survey if necessary 61 Maintain clear and regular communications with project team on issues affecting the sales performance and transport execution 61 Identify operational and sales synergies amongst deugro offices by maintaining close communication and collaboration with the teams and internal/external clients 61 In coordination with Accounting to control AP & AR for allocated business 61 Suggest corrective measures, where necessary, to management team for timely implementation; 61 Other duties in line with current position to be assigned by management
Skills, knowledge, and expertise: 61 Bachelor degree, preferably in international logistics/trading relative field 61 At least 3 years solid working experience in international logistics/trading industry, having deep know- how of export airfreight transportation 61 Good knowledge and understanding of customer requirements 61 Good knowledge of IT systems and processes used in the transport sector 61 Computer skills: Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technical software is required) 61 Strong commercial sense and comprehensive ( contractual & commercial) risk awareness / return thinking 61 Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken English & Chinese 61 Communicative and with good influencing skills, able to create trustful relations in spite of cultural differences and geographical distance 61 Result-oriented and driven to achieve goals and meet targets 61 Ability to think tactically and strategically, with an analytical mindset 61 Good skill of resources organization and optimization 61 Quality focus, team-player, pro-active, and open-minded 61 Ability to travel, both national and internationally
