MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 61 Engages and collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand local business context and to build the pipeline of projects that have significant savings potential or improve efficiency. 61 Partners with business leaders to develop strategic and operational sourcing strategies, ensuring collaborative and innovation driven relationships with internal stakeholders, global & regional IP community, and external suppliers 61 Stays abreast of the global, regional and local trends to assist the stakeholders in their existing needs and provide innovative ideas for efficient Commercial/Professional spends 61 Develops procurement project plans to define objectives, resources, timelines, specifications, supplier selection criteria, and champions procurement initiatives in the Commercial/Professional Area 61 Elevates partnerships with key suppliers to drive innovation, resilience, total value via customer of choice approach. 61 Leads Strategic supplier Top to top engagements and drives the Supplier Relationship Management program with identified supplier partners. 61 Establishes solid negotiation strategies for key commercial and professional spend categories, identifies and develops major cost reduction initiatives, gains local and regional/divisional alignment and delivers financial results. 61 Manages requests with agility no limit to market study, information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) under 7 steps sourcing, leveraging procurement tools and process with holistic spend/vendor management skillsets. Required Qualifications & Experience: 61 Bachelor's degree in any relevant field 61 Minimum 7 years of experience in Procurement or in a related business-field (e.g. media). Business experience in marketing, media or ecommerce would be an added advantage 61 Minimum 3 years of experience in Services Procurement, ideally in an FMCG environment and managing the Commercial spend category 61 Fluent in written & spoken English 61 Strong negotiation skills 61 Experience in vendor evaluations and action planning 61 Experience collaborating across multiple geographic locations/cultures and coordinating multiple parties to deliver a project 61 Self-starter and team player keen on working in cross-cultural working environment 61 Very Strong Influential and Communication (verbal and writing) skills 61 Results oriented
