This role will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations through data-driven insights, risk assessment, and process automation. This individual will be responsible for managing and analyzing supply chain data, identifying potential risks, and implementing automated solutions to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting * Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data from various sources to identify trends, inefficiencies, and risks for improvement. * Optimize dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance. * Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation: * Identify and evaluate potential risks within the supply chain, including supplier reliability, geopolitical factors, and market fluctuations. * Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure business continuity. * Monitor and report on risk factors, providing early warnings and recommendations to management.
Database Management: * Manage and maintain technical knowledge databases, * Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices.
Training Material Editing * Video edit and adding subtitles
Process Optimization: * Support QC manager to identify opportunities for optimizing / automating internal processes. * Design and implement automated workflows to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting. * Continuously evaluate and improve automation tools and systems to enhance efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Work closely with business team, IT teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives. * Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and risk assessment methodologies.
Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. * Proven experience (2+ years) in supply chain data analysis, risk assessment, or a similar role. * Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar. * Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar. * Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management. * Knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies. * Experience with process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Zapier) is highly desirable. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
