1. Business impact analysis Working closely with global sourcing team, calculate and analyze business impact by monitoring cost savings, tariffs, dual source development. Escalate price issues to manager and reports to related teams for fix. Improve pricing accuracy. By analyze suppliers’ quota and pricing, create data models and provide optimizing options 2. PIR process management Manage GSO PIR process and documentation, ensure pricing has been correctly uploaded in SAP. Train new PMs when they get authorized. 3. Reporting integration Together with manager, work as a bridge between business teams and database specialist, integrate all related reporting and data to evaluate supplier performance from full cycle of global sourcing business, communicate with the team and escalate significant findings and deviations. 4. QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree at least, major related to business management, data analytics, Finance or supply chain is preferred. 2. Logical, sharp minded and commercially awareness; At least 2 years in a commercial environment, ability to translate complex data to business-users in an easy way of understanding 3. Advanced MS EXCEL& ACCESS user, data modeling experience is a must by either EXCEL, Python, SPSS or other tools.
