Responsible for providing analytical support to local teams across all regions/functions. The Corporate Business Analyst will be part of a team acting as a function of the CEO to identify and implement efficiencies in day-to-day operations as well as provide support to leadership in strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
61 Support opportunity pipeline management 61 Manage and utilize Salesforce and PowerBI functionality to support team and ensure accuracy of data 61 Support cross-regional and cross-function cooperation and collaboration, especially between sales and operations in North America and between North America and China operations teams. 61 Support sales managers and customer with tenders, contracts, customer reporting, pricing analysis 61 Support the implementation of new forecasting technology and processes across all regions 61 Facilitate the data flows between business partners and SolM to foster synergies between the organizations and allow for cohesive planning and operation
Required academic and professional qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s degree or above in economics, business administration or similiar 61 Experience or exposure to operations, supply chain, procurement and forecasting in a customer-centric environment 61 Experience in customer support, solutions, analytics 61 Exposure to marketing and sales strategy, with experience in providing analysis to management for use in decision-making 61 Comfortable with data, ERP, digital tools, and business intelligence 61 Experience in international, multicultural environment 61 Business acumen, leading to ability to provide insights, ideas, and opinions on business issues having a sales impact on the company. 61 Aware of how customer needs and commitments impact all facets of supply chain 61 Strong organizational skills, demonstrated skills in managing, delegating, and measuring work 61 Analytical and strong process manager 61 Knowledge of CRM systems (such as Salesforce) 61 Advanced knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
