We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our Offshore Transportation team. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our customers, local manufacturers, and origin dray. Your responsibilities will include coordinating new shipments, maintaining worksheets, managing export declarations/customs clearance deadlines, and collecting all origin documentation.

Key Responsibilities 岗位职责

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, local manufacturers, and origin dray carriers.

2. Coordinate and manage new shipments including empty container pick up location to align with loading dates at manufacturer and port cut off times.

3. Monitor export declaration/ customs clearance deadlines.
监督出口报关/清关期限。

4. Collect all origin documentation from dray carrier/manufacturer once cleared for our internal system (document package).

5. Maintain accurate records using worksheets.
使用工作表保持准确的记录。

6. Visit manufacturer and 3PL partners based on business needs.

7. Escalate any concerns promptly and provide solutions in collaboration with our partners on ground considering time change with Loblaw Canada.

8. Facilitate communication between origin partners and Loblaw Canada by providing translation services.

Qualifications 岗位要求

1. Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain Management is required.
大专学历或同等学历的供应链管理工作经验。

2. Minimum of 2 years of export experience preferred; knowledge of local logistics ocean logistics is an asset.

3. Fluency in English and Mandarin - both spoken and written is essential.
