岗位职责: Objectives: 61 Ensure Process Safety standards are maintained at all production sites across Asia Pacific. 61 Implement BASF Group EHS Requirement and Guidelines in Asia Pacific 61 Fulfilled BASF Responsible Care Goals on Process Safety 61 Ensure high quality Safety Reviews are performed for new capital investment projects and in existing facilities according to the requirements of the BASF Group. 61 Provide consultancy and support to the sub-regions/ countries/ production plants to fulfill legal and BASF requirements. Main Tasks: 61 Oversee all Process Safety (PS) activities in Asia Pacific and coordinate Safety Reviews for new capital investment projects and existing facilities according to the Requirements and Guidelines of the BASF Group. 61 Convey the global PS mandates or goals into practical programs and systems by providing implementation tools to production sites in Asia Pacific. Support and coordinate the rollout of such programs and projects. 61 Establish minimum requirements and standard processes for cross functional activities in Asia Pacific by interacting with all stakeholders, GEA, technology unit, production sites and RBUs to ensure all operations are in compliance with BASF Group requirements and Local requirements 61 Facilitate & Coordinate SHE Reviews for the new projects in BASF Asia Pacific as requested according to the BASF Group Directive, “Safety, Health and Environmental Protection (SHE) at Planning and Construction of Process Plants” 61 Facilitate & Coordinate SHE Reviews for the existing plants in BASF Asia Pacific as requested. 61 Review the local requirements of all countries in APAC and reflect their local requirements during SHE Review to comply with the local requirements 任职要求: Job Requirements: 61 Education: University degree in scientific area, preferably in Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related discipline 61 Working Experience: > 3 years' experience as a Production, Process, Plant Manager, EHS specialist or Maintenance or Engineering Manager. 61 Be familiar with BASF Process Safety Requirement Documents and Guidance Documents 61 Be familiar with New Ground Rules and Methodology of PHA 61 Superior knowledge of common hazard assessment methodology used in BASF (e.g. BASF review steps 0,1,2,3,4) 61 Be able to lead the HAZOP (Step 3) alone with green light from mentor 61 Technical and Professional Knowledge: Good understanding on BASF RCM Systems, BASF Audit procedures and reporting guidelines 61 Uses appropriate language, communication styles and approaches to illustrate points (spoken and written) in English 61 Be comfortable working with people from other groups or cultures and adapts their style to suit a situation 61 Speaks up when disagreeing with management, customers and other decision makers in a tactful and sensitive manner 61 When performance problems occur does not avoid conflict, but introduces clear steps and implements these resolutely 61 Uses a high degree of judgment when considering an issue or reaching agreement 请时刻警惕任何可能的招聘欺诈行为！请注意，巴斯夫绝不会在任何情况下向候选人以任何形式收取任何费用。
