Major Responsibilities: 1.General responsibility: to successfully lead a passionate Land Power Sales Team to win market share, reach sales goals and enhance DEIF brand awareness in China. 2.According to DEIF Group and the company’s strategies to set and track department OKR (Objectives and Key Results), guide employee to set personal OKR. 3.Make and realize annual sales budget, carry out effective sales activities to develop Land Power business, including but not limit to: -New customer acquisition and existing customers retention; -Key account direct sales. -Manage and strengthen sales channels. -Design sales presentations used on customer visits, exhibitions, seminars, etc. -Make decision about pricing. -Control credit limit and accounting receivable. 4.Investigate and report industry trends, make marketing strategy and develop tactics and initiatives. 5.Coordinate and cooperate with technical team to enhance customer satisfaction. 6.Responsible for the overall cost budget of the Department. 7.Build and develop sales team to achieve higher performance through leadership. 8.Establish, maintain and optimize working instruction and working flow for department. 9.Ensure team members follow company rules, guidelines, procedures etc. 10.Other tasks assigned by Managing Director.
Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation, MBA will be a plus. 2.16+ years’ working experience in the related industry (generator set, diesel engine, alternator, PLC, control module, switchgear/panel etc.), 10+ years’ experience in sales and 5+ years’ experience in sales team management with good performance record. Preferred to have strong technical background. 3.Preferably working experience in foreigner invested company. 4.Have deep knowledge of genset market and good networks in the industry. 5.Good at office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. 6.Fluent English is a must. 7.Frequent business travel is required (70% of workday).
