Job Description: We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Asset Innovation Manager to lead and evolve our digital asset management (DAM) strategy, ensuring seamless asset workflows, innovation in asset-related tools, and the development of asset intelligence capabilities.
This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of marketing assets, driving efficiency through streamlined processes, and enabling data-driven insights into asset usage and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DAM, marketing operations, and technology-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Asset Management & Workflow Optimization: 61 Oversee and continuously improve DAM practices, ensuring assets are structured, accessible, and effectively utilized. 61 Evolve and streamline existing asset workflows to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and compliance across teams. 61 Bridge global and GC (Greater China) marketing teams, ensuring alignment in asset management processes and best practices.
2. DAM System Evolution & Implementation: 61 Work closely with product and tech teams to translate marketing requirements into DAM system features and workflows. 61 Lead the vision delivery and successful launch of DAM tools, ensuring seamless adoption. 61 Identify opportunities to enhance digital asset tools and platforms to better support marketing teams.
3. Marketing Asset Taxonomy Standardization: 61 Support the creation and maintenance of a standardized marketing asset taxonomy to improve asset discoverability and usage. 61 Collaborate with stakeholders to align DAM structures with company-wide communication and workflow processes.
4. Asset Innovation & Intelligence: 61 Drive conversations around asset innovation and intelligence, exploring opportunities to optimize asset usage. 61 Leverage data and insights to improve marketing asset workflows, ensuring a consumer-oriented approach. 61 Stay up to date on emerging technologies and best practices in digital asset management and creative operations.

Preferred Skills: 61 Experience working with DAM platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, or similar. 61 Knowledge of metadata structuring, asset tagging best practices, and AI-driven content organization. 61 Familiarity with automation, AI solutions, and workflow optimization in asset management. 61 Basic understanding of API integrations and system interoperability.
Education & Experience: 61 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field. 61 5+ years of experience in digital asset management, marketing operations, or creative workflow optimization.
Scope of Work: 61 Drive the strategic evolution of digital asset management across marketing teams in Greater China. 61 Lead innovation in digital asset tools, ensuring they support business needs and drive operational efficiency. 61 Enhance asset workflows and develop intelligence-driven insights to improve asset efficiency. 61 Champion asset taxonomy standardization and DAM best practices.
