Job Responsibilities: 61 Manage the customer quality/nonconforming notifications independently, to organize and co-operate with rela-tive teams for problem description, support on root causes analysis, etc.. 61 Drive and follow-up the tracking of customer Scorecards and monitor any improvement opportunities. 61 Coordinate and conduct Failure Analysis of customer quality issues, leading/supporting problem solving/8D for plant/process caused issues together with Ops quality team, operation and R&D teams. 61 Act as an escalation instance for all quality issues or concerns from customer sides towards China and Global Quality to ensure quality risks under control. 61 Integration in COMETs global Quality Team, and actively support Functional Matrix CQE (CQE) and PQE out of plant (PQE) organization. 61 Coordinate the customer audit and ISO 9001 system audit related activities. 61 Regular communication meetings(weekly/monthly) for internal and external quality issues/information sharing within whole quality organization. 61 Assigned the tasks by the supervisor.
Job requirements: Education and further training, strong technical expertise, language skills 61 Degree in electronics or electro-technics. Knowledge in High power RF technology a plus. 61 Knowledge of the requirements of the semiconductor industry and clear ideas how to deploy the required con-tinuous improvement programs and loops. 61 Good working English skill in oral, read and writing.
Work experience: 61 Experience in semiconductor/automotive industry, preferably with handling experience with OEM customers. 61 Experience in complex, multidisciplinary and multinational teams, with preference in semiconductor industry.
