工作职责:
1、市场开拓 Market Expansion
- 协助制定2-3年区域拓展计划，聚焦东南亚/中东/欧洲等潜力市场
Assist in developing 2-3 year regional expansion plans for Southeast Asia/Middle East/Africa
2、资源整合 Resource Integration
- 搭建政府关系建设/国际教育组织合作/当地战略伙伴开发
Lead government relations, international education partnerships and local strategic alliances
3、项目落地 Project Execution
- 全周期参与新校区筹建（选址评估/资质获取/运营体系搭建）
Oversee end-to-end campus development (site selection, accreditation, operational setup)
4、方案适配 Solution Localization
- 协助总部教育理念与当地需求的匹配落地
Implement localization strategies aligning group philosophy with regional needs
任职资格:
1、 硕士及以上学历，专业不限（教育/国际商务优先）
2、5-8年教育行业或跨境业务经验，有海外工作背景者加分
3、英语流利，掌握第二外语等优先
4、接受海外出差
Bachelor’s degree required (Education/International Business preferred)
5-8 years in education or cross-border operations (overseas experience preferred)
Fluent English, Second Foreign Language is a plus
Willing to travel internationally
