1) Prospecting & Online Lead Generation: 1. Research and identify potential B2B client groups of tesa products within target industries. 2. Use tools like Search Engine, online platforms (including online promoting content design & delivery) and CRM system to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
2) Lead Management – Outreach, Engagement, Qualification & Handoff 1. Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage prospects. 2. Clearly communicate the value proposition of the brand’s products and services. 3. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., target price, quantity need, timeline). 4. Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
3) CRM Management and Collaboration CRM 1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. 2. Track and report on key metrics (e.g., calls made, emails sent, meetings scheduled). 3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and goals. 4. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills.
4) Market Intelligence 1. Stay informed about industry & eCommerce platform trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. 2. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offerings.
Requirements & Qulifications
1) Education Background 1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, business, or similar.
2) Skills/Capabilities/Working Experience Requirement 1. Min 3 years working experience in online leads generation and eCommerce sales relevent, or a similar role (B2B experience is a must), chemical industry or technical working experience will be preferred. 2. Strong capability to communicate, cooperate and influence across teams and functions. 3. Excellent skills in stakeholder and customer management. 4. Strong learning ability and agility, good business acumen. 5. Strong problem solving skills, can identify the complex problems and analyze the root reason in area and present clearly. 6. Strong willingness to grow and step out of comfortable zone with own initiatives. 7. Strong willingness and ownership to achieve business growth and goals & objectives. 8. Strong capability to work well under pressure. Highly self-motivating, open minded and diligent attitude. 9. Good risk management sense, strong capability to identify the potential risk.
3) Languages, Certificates and Skills 1. Chinese with fluency in Mandarin is a must. 2. Workable English communication skill in written and oral.
4) Other Requirements 1. Business travel is needed, should be flexible to travel frequently.
