Job Responsibilities: - Know national social insurance and housing fund policies well. - Master the employee onboarding and offboarding process. - Understand salary calculation and individual income tax for local and foreign employees. - Communicate with customers, grasp their needs, offer HR and payroll solutions, and follow up on implementation. - Have experience working with local agencies. - Possess strong service awareness and communication skills. - Build and maintain good relationships with clients and internal colleagues. - Collect and review employee reimbursements and follow up on the entire process. - Input monthly billing data into the system to generate invoices. - Handle basic HR tasks for clients, such as Employment Contract signing, alteration, termination, leave records, and contract filing. - Customize salary reports, issue staff costs, and generate annual IIT reports as per client requests. - Be familiar with China Labor Law, HR regulations, and tax declaration rules. Experience in these operations is preferred. - Experience with foreigners' work permits and residence permits is a plus.
Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in payroll-related client communication. - Excellent English email writing and speaking skills. - Bachelor's degree or above. - Experience in third-party HR outsourcing services is an advantage.
