We are looking for a visionary Head of Marketing for China to lead and transform our Greater China marketing operations at a pivotal time of growth. This leadership role will define and drive our strategic market presence in one of our most important regions. The successful candidate will architect comprehensive marketing strategies that accelerate business growth, strengthen market leadership, and capitalize on emerging opportunities across the Greater China region. Major Responsibilities: * Define and drive the strategic vision and business growth for Greater China market developing multi-year marketing strategies that align with global objectives while accounting for local market dynamics, regional cultural nuances, and business practices. * Contribute to worldwide marketing strategy development and represent Greater China's market perspective in executive-level discussions shaping the global strategic direction. * Lead strategic market research and intelligence initiatives to identify the emerging trends, market opportunities, customer profiling, and potential risks. * Identify and drive strategic alliances in the local marketing context. Ensure that relationships with local third-party vendors, communities, KOLs, and marketing-affiliated agencies are established and nurtured. * Drive integrated marketing strategies across all channels ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing market impact. * Own P&L responsibility for the Greater China marketing team including strategic budget planning, resource allocation, and ROI optimization. * Establish and monitor KPIs aligned with company/department level OKRs to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and drive data-informed decision-making. * Lead and develop the high-performing marketing team in Greater China, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Qualifications: * 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing multi-channel marketing operations in Greater China. * Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the Chinese technology sector. * Strong business acumen with the ability to drive strategic growth initiatives. * Deep knowledge of the Chinese technology ecosystem, business landscape, and cultural nuances. * Demonstrated the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth. * Outstanding leadership capabilities with experience building and managing teams. * Executive presence with the demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership globally. * Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (native level) and proficient in English (business level). * Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience leading marketing organizations through significant growth phases or market transformations. * Established connections with key technology industry leaders and influencers in Greater China. * Deep understanding of software / development tools market dynamics. * Familiarity with JetBrains products or similar development tools. * Track the record of successful collaboration with global teams in multinational organizations.
