Key Responsibilities: 1. Procurement Operations: o Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor management, purchase order creation, and contract negotiation. o Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services in alignment with organizational goals. o Manage order commitment and goods delivery to meet operation requirements. 2. SAP System Expertise: o Utilize SAP systems for procurement activities, including material master data management, purchase requisitions, and invoice processing. o Lead and support SAP system go-live activities, including project planning, testing, training, and post-go-live troubleshooting. o Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize SAP procurement modules and ensure seamless integration with other systems. 3. Project Management: o Manage and drive critical procurement and supply chain projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. o Develop project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals. o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. 4. Digital Supply Chain Concepts: o Apply digital supply chain concepts, such as automation, data analytics, and AI-driven tools, to enhance procurement efficiency and decision-making. o Identify opportunities for process improvement through the adoption of digital technologies. 5. Data Analysis & Reporting: o Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance metrics. o Generate reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into procurement activities. 6. Communication & Stakeholder Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. o Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders. o Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all procurement activities. Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 61 Proven experience as a Procurement Buyer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in SAP system implementation (go-live) preferred. 61 Strong project management skills with a track record of driving critical projects to successful completion. 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. 61 Strong understanding of digital supply chain concepts, including automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies. 61 Proficiency in SAP procurement modules (MM, SRM, etc.) and other procurement tools. 61 Advanced analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar). 61 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications: 61 Certification in SAP MM or related modules. 61 Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. 61 Experience with ERP systems beyond SAP (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). 61 Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for data analysis and process automation. 61 Familiarity with supply chain digitalization trends, such as blockchain, IoT, and AI.
