职位描述
Summary:

61 Responsible for: Customer Service of the Company;

61 Assist Supply Chain for the Order Placing, Transportation etc;

Responsibility:


61 Ensure accurate & timely processing and follow-up (Order entry and confirmation);

61 Sales Contract Handling;

61 Issuing the production order to the Plants or dispatch notes from Warehouse/s;

61 Arrangement and coordination of goods transportation of goods to Customer;

61 Sample request handling

61 Customer complaint handling.

61 Credit – Generating of Reports and Payment follow-up with Customers (Closely follow up with Youly (3rd-Party finance Partner) and enure that Customers payments are up-to-date - Ensure credit related problems are addressed immediately should they occur..)
61 Assure Customer Satisfaction (measured by eg. 100% on-time deliveries & Customer satifaction survey)

61 Overall Customer correspondence and filing;

61 Ensure optimal collaboration with Customers, Sales , Supply Chain and Finance (3rd-Party Partner) - Assertive and effective communication required.
61 Support Supply Chain including purchasing order/production placing and follow up. Coordinate with contracted Import & Export Agent for the customs clearance and active communication with them is required to make sure goods to be released from customs on time.

61 Keep good management of the warehouses and keep in line with company policies and rules.

Requirements:
61 College / university graduate with a minimum 3 years working experience in Customer Service;

61 Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment with Colleagues, Vendors, Internal and External Partners is critical;

61 Team player that is flexible, cooperative, prepared to learn new things and ‘take-on’ additional responsibilities and it is critical that the candidate supports the ethos of mutual respect for fellow Colleagues, Vendors, Internal and External Partners;

61 Good command of English (oral, reading and written);

61 Good knowledge of MS Office applications (incl. Excel, Word and Powerpoint) – Previous experience or working with SAP would be advantageous.
