Objective: Providing sales services to our customers across China, vendor handling (main vendor is in Germany)

Responsibilities:

89 Processing and following up sales-orders, purchase-orders and quotations.
89 Shipping coordination with customers and logistic agents
89 Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
89 Responsible for warehouse data statistics, recording, and system data entry
89 Fully control the inventory situation of warehouse samples, adjust according to the inventory situation, ensure inbound and outbound of samples in the warehouse, verify the quantity, specifications, and documents of incoming samples, communicate and coordinate with Schenker warehouse and conversion factory about transportion of samples

Requirements:
89 Bachelor-Degree
89 At least 3 years of experience in sales admin & Customer service, preferable in European or American companies
89 Proven work experience with ERP software (e.g. SAP, Kingdee, or similar)
89 Skill in MS Office (Excel and PPT in particular)
89 A pro-active team player with high level of dedication
89 Profound English skills (reading, writing and speaking)

89 Efficient, with a team spirit, willing to engage in handling goods and other tasks.
