Areas of Responsibilities 61 Procure goods and services: Interact with Key stakeholders to clearly understand site requirements & projects demands, execute requirements in line with Stakeholder expectations. 61 Analyse and interpret Materials data, help execute strategies to drive performance improvements, innovation, savings, and mitigate supply risks. 61 Communicate and negotiate in a proactive, independent manner to effectively avoid and/or resolve issues and establish solid reporting within stakeholder group. What you will do 61 Lead commercial negotiations involving cross-functional international team members 61 Provide input into stakeholder scope of requirements while offering commercial suggestions for value creation and maintaining a competitive environment 61 Perform market research to obtain market knowledge and experience to develop negotiation strategies 61 Analyse spend categories and market conditions for appropriate application of sourcing strategies 61 Develop and lead global sourcing projects including scope of work creation, negotiation planning, and driving results which meet organizational goals 61 Manage supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, technology and service in order to achieve best-in-class supply base 61 Drive implementation of program tools in order to achieve purchasing operations excellence 61 Manage and negotiate supplier contracts in order to have the best terms and conditions for Nexperia 61 Establish, execute and track spend & saving reports and project plans, utilizing fundamental project management techniques. 61 Develop Supply Chains to ensure a Continuous Improvement Philosophy. What you will need 61 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline or relevant industry experience 61 Record of procurement experience (minimum 1 year) 61 Experience of participating in or leading cross-site commodity / international procurement projects 61 Strong negotiation and analytical skills 61 Want to learn and progress with a can do attitude 61 Ability to prioritise and work on multiple activities at one time 61 SAP, Ariba, MS Excel (including V lookups & Pivot tables, PowerPoint presentation and data analysis skills
