1) Responsible for the planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects to ensure the projects are completed on time, budget and quality. 2) Collaborate closely with HQ,sales, technical, purchasing, production, logistics, service and other departments to ensure project execution efficiently. 3) Resolve issues during project execution/lifecycle and work out clear decision in complex situation. 4) Communicate regularly with clients to gather feedback and ensure projects meet customer needs. 5) Prepare project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and budget controls, etc. 6) Continuously optimize the project management process to improve project execution efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1) Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields. 2) Experience: 5+ years in project management experience; shipbuilding/heavy industry experience preferred. 3) Key Skills: o Familiarity with project management best practices and tools o Ability to effectively identify, assess and control project risks to ensure the smooth progress of the project. o Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to make informed decisions in complex situations. o Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and coordination skills, experience in team leadership and people management with the ability to motivate team members and drive projects forward. o Excellent commercial negotiation skills. o Fluent English, both written and verbal.
