Responsibilities: 1. Lead to develop brand-level Pricing & Market Access strategy and action plan - Key Tasks: 1) Understand brand knowledge, policy environment & trend to analyze & identify key access direction for new assets 2) Lead internal and external communication for developing the optimal pricing and market access strategy (pricing, reimbursement, VBP, tendering, distribution, insurance, etc.) and related action plan - Performance Indicators: 1) Timely communicate with PCD/OBD, MAD, Cross-functional communication and related influence 2) The comprehensive analysis, proposal and recommendation for access direction 3) Feedback of global/ASCA, PCD/OBD 2. Lead to holistic access project management and implementation to ensure the best outcomes - Key Tasks: 1) Timely understand latest policy dynamics and identify the opportunity & risk for access by brand level 2) Organize and drive team discussion & actions to maximize the policy opportunity & risk mitigation plan 3) Lead China local access projects or support global/ASCA access projects - Performance Indicators: 1) Program progress and outcomes 2) Supportive level on the access objectives 3) Feedback of global/ASCA, PCD/OBD 3. Build cross-team collaboration platform within Market Access Department and be responsible for department excellence & operation - Key Tasks: 1) Build cross-team collaboration platform to coordinate & integrate departmental resources as well as to improve efficiency & effectiveness 2) Support department head on department excellence & operation via systematical analysis and optimal strategic suggestions - Performance Indicators: 1) Regular report & operation working maintenance 2) Feedback of cross-team members in Market Access Department as well as cross-functional ream Qualifications: 1.At least 5 years of pharmaceutical related working experience in MNCs, Marketing/NPP, Strategy Planning or market access, or top tier consulting firm for pharmaceutical industry. 2.Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English
