质量工程师（70%过程质量，30%客户质量）
上班地点：青浦（提供班车）

要求：
1. 要求候选人有质量经验
2. 制造业背景，家电及相关产品优先
4. 英文口语可以作为工作语言

候选人人物画像：
1. 我们希望候选人善于运用质量工具及数据分析等，解决日常的质量问题，包含厂内和客户抱怨。
2. 候选人对于事件的判断能够有自己的理解和想法，并且能够通过沟通来将事情或者项目推进。（英语环境）

Responsibility
1. Monitor and drive the improvement of production quality performance (FYI/Assembly DPPM).
2. Work with team and push product quality issue to be solved timely.
3. Dealing with customer complaints and analyze the customer return appliances when needed;
4. Work with PO team and Engineering team to evaluate ECN potential risks;
5. Participate PFMEA updating when it is necessary;
6. Lead the treatment of the defective parts from the Production, QC team and Laboratory;
7. Lead rework of devices and line stop which is caused by quality issue;
8. Train and monitor operators about quality control methods on production line;
9. Keep all quality control documents of series production products updated in time, including FAI, OBA inspection plan, PQC check list and product audit requirements.

Requirement
1. Diploma or above, Engineering background is preferred;
2. At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing company (Household appliance industry is a plus);
3. Knowledge about quality tools and basic measurement tools are requested.
4. Strong hands-on ability and willing to work under pressure.
5. Good English communication skills
