The primary responsibilities of this position include developing management methods and processes related to sales operations, coordinating with dealers and the O2D department, and being responsible for order management and dealer operations management.

Main Responsibility
61 Be responsible for the RSM development and update
61 Work closely with dealers, the Front sales team and the O2D department to ensure the order process runs smoothly.
61 Be responsible for developing sales management methods and relative processes, and keeping them updated.
61 Be responsible for creating and implementing dealer operation management policies.
61 Be responsible for inventory management, assist the O2D department in inventory planning and inventory digestion.
61 Communicate with the Front sales team and the Network department to complete the approval of delivery addresses, and keep sync with O2D department to ensure that vehicles are delivered to the dealers' designated locations in a timely and accurate manner
61 Create sales business reports regularly as required.

Main Requirement
61 At least 3 years of relevant work experience
61 Business knowledge and experience from a similar role an advantage
61 Excellent business data analysis and report writing skill.
61 Fluent in English
61 Excellent skill in MS-office
