Responsibilities for this role include: 1. Support account & relationship management for gaming partners Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key partner contacts and decision makers Support business operations including managing contracts and updating our new business initiatives 2. Create business opportunities with Microsoft Gaming Initiatives Identify & acquire key gaming content for the global business on Microsoft platforms. Recommend, champion, and advance creative solutions to strengthen partnerships using Microsoft gaming initiatives and new business models for games Assist in creation and negotiation of gaming business deals working with Business Development team 3. Help maximize the sales of acquired game content working with global/regional Marketing teams 4. Collaborate with GPS and other internal Ideal Candidate will have: At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably account & partnership management, in gaming industry in China Experience establishing and nurturing long-term partner relationships across senior and working levels Enthusiastic about games and/or other entertainment contents Verbal and written fluency in Mandarin at a native level is required Verbal and written fluency in English language is required Skills in other language, such as Japanese and Korean, is a plus
