JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY
As the Head of Inspection Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and continuous improvement of inspection services within the Supply Solutions Business Unit. Your role will ensure operational efficiency, resource optimization, service quality, and customer satisfaction while driving innovation and aligning services with both organizational and client needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Quality Assurance：Uphold and elevate the quality of inspection services rendered. Develop and implement robust quality control frameworks tailored to inspection services. Establish and enforce stringent quality assurance standards and protocols for inspections, ensuring compliance with international benchmarks and local regulatory requirements.
Service Execution：Guarantee rapid and cost - efficient mobilization of resources, ensuring a seamless start to inspection projects. Ensure punctual delivery and flawless execution of all inspection services and deliverables.
Resources Management：Implement strategies to optimize resource utilization, ensuring the delivery of cost - effective yet high - quality services.
Planning and Execution：Formulate an annual operational plan, encompassing clear targets, accurate budget forecasts, and detailed resource requirements.
Team Management and Development：Cultivate and lead high - performing teams across multiple regions within the Inspection Services department. Ensure consistency in service delivery and strict adherence to industry - best practices and quality standards.
Service Development：Forge strategic collaborations with the Portfolio and Technology teams to pioneer cutting - edge inspection services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Customer Relations Management：Proactively engage with clients to gather invaluable feedback, which serves as the cornerstone for continuous service enhancement. Collaborate seamlessly with the Sales and Technical Advisory teams to address client complaints and queries promptly and effectively, thereby optimizing customer satisfaction levels.
Data Architecture and Analytics Enablement：Design, construct, and oversee a sophisticated data architecture that facilitates seamless data analytics for internal decision - making, cross - departmental collaboration, and the delivery of actionable client - facing insights.
Performance Reporting：Offer transparent, data - driven insights into the performance of inspection services. Design and implement performance dashboards to monitor key operational metrics, service quality indicators, and client satisfaction levels.
QUALICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a closely related field.
Advanced certifications in Inspection Services, Quality Management, or Operations Management are highly desirable.
Possess an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred) and Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
A minimum of 10 years of experience in inspection services, with 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Experience in leading multi-regional operations within the renewables or supply chain sectors.
Expertise in inspection processes, quality assurance methodologies, and technical standards.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., MS Project), ERP systems, and Power BI.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization.
