Responsibilities:
1. Implementation/Installation and administration/maintenance on all aspects of IT infrastructure services with focus on availability, reliability and manageability following Trelleborg IT standard processes in coordination with responsible IT management.
2. Support of asset management processes following defined Trelleborg Policies and IT standards.
3. Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves IT infrastructure incidents as the ***/single point of contact for all Trelleborg users. Communicates known solutions to end-users in a user-friendly and professional manner. Administration and reporting of user service requests as defined by IT management.
4. Escalate incidents to next level support when the solution is unknown or cannot be solved within defined time frames.
5. Education of users based on Trelleborg processes to make optimal use of Trelleborg business systems.
6. Active contribution to Global Competence Team group activities where required.
7. Implementation of and adherence to Trelleborg IT policies and standards like IT code of conduct, Trelleborg code of conduct and technical IT standards.
8. Problems, solutions, results of project work as well as any elaborated results within the area of responsibility must be documented in an understandable manner.
9. Contribute ideas to improve IT processes/services.
10. Work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals.

Requirements:
1. Associates degree of computer science or bachelor's degree. Equivalent combinations of IT education, experience, and certification will be considered.
2. A minimum 3 years’ experience of working in a preferably global IT organization supporting Microsoft platforms underlined by respective systems support training certificates, such as MCP, MCSE or equivalent.
3. Additional WAN/LAN/WLAN infrastructure experiences or any other technical certifications are an advantage.
4. Proficiencies in English language preferable. Example, in China, College English Test (CET) is preferably 6 or above.
