Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Japan OEM business.
2. Meet new business booking target.
3. Lead the quotation process internally and negotiate with customer for the commercial package.
4. Work with team for improving the profitability for the awarded projects.
5. Get the payment on time.
6. Handle detailed requests from customer.

Requirements:
1. Solid Japan OEM customer relationship.
2. Willing to communicate with customer any time.
3. Working experience in wiring harness field is highly preferred, willing to challenge oneself.
4. Good business/marketing sense.
5. Acknowledge Aptiv, Care Aptiv's success, deliver result and no excuses.
6. Adequate sales tactics and negotiation skills.
7. Be able to work under pressure.
8. Quick learner.
9. Good in both written & oral English, Japanese language skill is a plus.
