Key Responsibilities: For equipment startup with commissioning, and troubleshooting work in line with the Project Manager, follow the Service Schedule until FAC. Provide and support together with our Warranty Engineer technical consultation after FAC until Customers satisfaction. Promote possible maintenance contracts and recommend spare parts to our Customers. Follow up open cases until completion; issue always the technical service report together with a training record, PE measure report and in the end complete the global checklist import for the risk assessment as proper project-related documentation. Represent yourself in cooperation with Customer professional in order to achieve customer satisfaction and the FAC. Work independently as a project coordinator for Intercompany project, together with the Project Managers until FAC. Others as supervisor assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor degree, major in electrical engineering (preferred) or mechanical engineering. At least 5 years related job experience in the Polyurethane industry. Automotive Interior parts manufacturing, white appliance manufacturing or other Polyurethane related experience is an advantage. Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel to customer sites. Have knowledge of technical and commercial English; able to communicate with foreigners. Have strong communication and coordination skills.
