Main Responsibilities Data Management & Process Optimization - Data Access Control: follow AC group security protocols and data access policies to safeguard sensitive trading information for different BUs (e.g., customer privacy, transaction records, price, etc.). - Data Integration: Oversee internal and external data sources (e.g., orders, inventory, logistics, customer data) and establish standardized data collection processes. - Data Cleaning & Validation: Ensure data quality by eliminating missing, duplicate, or errors; implement data validation rules. - System Operations: Maintain and process core data in systems (including but not limited to: input and modify customer data/orders/ invoices/debit & credit notes, etc.) and monitor data accuracy. n Analysis & Business Support - Reporting: Deliver customized analytical reports (e.g., OOH, inventory, Revenue & deliveries, sales record) to business lines and functional teams. - Data Visualization: Create dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to display key performance indicators (KPIs). - Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, operations, and marketing teams to address data needs (e.g., predictive modeling, customer behavior analysis). Process improvement & automation - Process & methodology Evaluation: Assess and implement right tools and process to enhance efficiency, and continuously identify NVA (non value added) process and eliminate waste. - Process Automation: Optimize workflows using tools (e.g., Python, ETL Extract-Transform-Load tools) to minimize manual intervention. - Explore AI/machine learning applications (demand forecasting etc.). - Contribute to digital transformation initiatives. Team Leadership & Development - Team Management: Lead data teams (e.g., CVC or data processing clerk, analysts), delegate tasks, and oversee execution. - Skill Development: Organize training on tools (e.g., Python) and develop skills for team members. - Standardization: Document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and data governance policies.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience - Bachelor degree, with major in Computer software, data management, Mathematics or Statistics & equivalent - Fluent English skill both in writen & oral, hands on knowledge of computer software. - Minimum 5 years experience in customer service management or supply chain field, 2 years managment or team leader experience preferred - Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Excel, Python/R, ETL tools, and database architecture. - Strong communication, relationship management and conflict resolution skill - Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills - Industry or trading Knowledge: Familiarity with trade operations (e.g., supply chain, import/export). - Strong leadership and good people management skills Work under pressure, willing to adapt the challenges and changes and to make innovation & revolution
