Key Responsibilities: 1. Supplier Quality Management: Responsible for evaluating and managing automotive hardware suppliers' quality, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver products that comply with specifications on time. 2. Quality Audits and Improvement: Conduct regular quality audits, including but not limited to on-site audits, process reviews, and product audits, driving continuous improvement in suppliers' product quality. 3. Problem Solving: Analyze quality issues in the manufacturing process, investigate root causes, propose effective solutions, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure problems are resolved. 4. Product Quality Monitoring: Manage key quality control points for critical components, participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, ensuring product design and manufacturing processes comply with quality standards. 5. Technical Support: Provide technical support and assist suppliers in adhering to automotive industry standards and regulations during the manufacturing process. 6. Reporting and Data Analysis: Regularly report on quality status, perform data analysis, provide quality improvement suggestions, and prepare audit and analysis reports. 7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, R&D, and production teams to ensure the effective implementation of quality requirements and drive successful project execution. 8. Compliance: Ensure products and production processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, meeting automotive industry requirements for safety, functionality, and reliability. Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. 2. Experience: At least 8 years of experience in automotive hardware quality management (SQE) or a related role, automotive industry background preferred. 3. Skills: o Proficient in automotive industry quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.); o Familiar with automotive component design, manufacturing, and validation processes; o Strong proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, etc.; o Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams. 4. Language: Good written and spoken English skills, capable of communicating fluently with overseas suppliers and teams. 5. Other Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to work efficiently under pressure.
