岗位职责：
1. To make technical proposal according to customers' RFQ/Specification within required time schedule; the technical proposal includes layout, station concept, sequence description, cycle time analysis, material configuration etc.; to organize proposal review before introducing to customer;
2. To make accurate detail cost calculation as the base for the quotation to customers; to inquire suppliers for commercial part quotation; to align the manpower and manufacturing part cost with execution team; to analyze the project opportunities and risk;
3. To clarify with customers for their technical requirement, and to explain to customer our technical proposal; to coordinate the internal proposal review, to lead the signing of technical agreement with customer; to support Sales team for customer visit to know customer needs;
4. To develop and continuously improve the template of technical proposal file and cost calculation tool;
5. To hand over technical proposal and cost calculation to project execution team; to make clarification and join in review meeting during project execution.

岗位要求：
1. 3 years or above experiences in Mechanical design in automotive industry and systems integration business;
2. Proposal engineer experiences in motor, powertrain assembly and battery is a strong plus;
3. Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time, result oriented;
4. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
5. Strong cost and time sense；
6. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields.
