Responsibilities:
80Oversee the overall finance and accounting activities for Multivac China and Hong Kong (two legal entities).
80Monitor monthend closing, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to Group Finance and company management.
80Manage the ERP system (SAP) to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
80Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and rolling cash flow projections.
80Monitor liquidity and optimize cash flow management.
80Ensure full compliance with Multivac Group policies, statutory requirements (e.g., accounting standards, tax regulations, and foreign exchange controls).
80Directly manage a finance team of 3 members, optimize team structure and workflows to enhance efficiency.
80Partner with business units to provide strategic financial analysis and support growth initiatives.
80Liaise with external parties, including banks, auditors, tax authorities, and government agencies.
80Perform adhoc duties as required.

Required Experiences:
807+ years of progressive finance experience including 3+ years in a leadership role
80Experience in a multinational company with muti-entity financial management. Prior exposure to managing a Hong Kong legal entity is a plus.
80CPA certification and/or Big 4 experience preferred.
80Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
80Strong expertise in IFRS and statutory accounting standards.
80Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial control processes.
80Hands-on experience with SAP and reporting tools (e.g., Cognos).
80Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
80Strong data analysis and business intelligence capabilities.
80Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
80Fluent in English (written & spoken).
80Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and liaise with external parties (auditors, banks, tax authorities).
80Proactive, hands-on, and solution-driven mindset.
80Strong work ethic with a "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn.

Reporting line:
80This position will report to both the Managing Director of Multivac China and the Corporate Controller.
