What You’ll Do Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to: 86 Being expertise in investment property leasing operation, property management 86 Review leasing proposal, leasing contract, perform analysis 86 Handle month end closing of revenue cycle and property management company, review accounting voucher 86 Prepare and review financial reporting, management reports, forecast and budget including presentation decks and analysis for management meetings, provide financial insights to support decision making 86 Prepare/review tax calculation and declaration 86 Review procurement application, payment applications of property management company 86 Compliance with group policy, rules/regulations, ensure compliance/effective internal control and the implementation of new SOPs/systems/policies 86 Communicate risks with proposed mitigations 86 With process mind-set, actively participate in standardization, simplification and digitization of operation processes and best practice sharing 86 Address stakeholder’s needs, feedback as business partner 86 Provide trainings to team members to improve the productivity & work efficiency of whole team 86 Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned Who You’ll Work With 86 Finance Team of project / Regional team/Head office 86 Leasing department, Property Management department, and other operational departments 86 System vendors / Services Providers 86 Bank 86 Government 86 Auditor/ Internal audit team Who You Are Experience 86 More than 6-year experience in financial/accounting, with over 2 years in manager level with real-estate industry experience preferred 86 Sold experience in revenue recognition and accounts receivable related work 86 Good communication skill and problem-solving skills 86 Being proactive, organized and be able to work under pressure 86 Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 86 Experience in Big 4 accounting firms is preferred 86 Experience in Hongkong real estate company is preferred 86 Advanced user of Power BI, Power Query, Python is preferred Competencies 86 Technology savvy: Use new tools/technology to streamline workflow and collection of information for analysis with data driven mindset 86 Creates Alignment: Align data requirement, reporting processes and work practices to achieve reporting and operation process standardization 86 Challenges Assumptions: Willing to confront the status quo and challenge the existing approaches Education 86 Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies or related disciplines 86 Professional Qualification with CPA is preferred
