Develop 360-degree communications for related brands, including driving/aligning shopper and online activation Develop annual marketing plan, strategy and activities for the assigned EC brands (as it fits with overall master brand strategy and corporate strategy) -Assess needs and opportunities for Brands including: - Portfolio / Packaging / Pricing -Monitor and review EC brand performance against budgets -Follow procedures, policies and controls to assist in the achievement of objectives and targets Drive and manage the EC business and P&L for related brands Define appropriate strategies and best practices to extend market share within each key platform Define appropriate investment scheme not only for EC but also brand building in Digital Design and implement most suitable business process to drive digital marketing and EC business Define best partner from outside. Recommend beneficial levels of spending in media, sampling, content, HCs, etc. with a EC and data-driven approach.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor’s degree or above, eCommerce or Digital Marketing is preferred. Experience in brand marketing or digital marketing in healthcare or nutritional industry At least 3 years of work experience Good communication and influential tactics to build trust across functions. Effective working in a fast paced and fluid environment that requires strong ownership, bias for actions, ability to prioritize, and deliver high quality results. Data analysis and insight driven ability. Demonstrating strong learning capabilities on new skills, new methodology etc. Team player, ability to work well with all levels of employees. Experience in creating marketing content with strong design and graphics skills Extensive knowledge in strategic digital marketing and communications Fluent in English & Mandarin speaking Technical Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong Data Analytical and organizational skills.
