（一）工作职责：
1、管理和发展成本估算团队，为所有内部组件提供成本管理；
1. Manage and grow the cost estimating team to provide cost management for all interior components.
2、提供单价成本和模具投资的估算，跟踪成本计划；
2. Provide estimate of variable cost and tooling investment, track recovery plan costs.
3、在产品的生命周期内监控产品成本和投资；
3. Monitor product cost and investment during the vehicle’s life cycle.
4、根据计划时间要求创建成本目标和里程碑。

（二）技能要求：
1、通用技能：
61流利的英语书面和口语，
61精通MS Office、Excel、Word、Powerpoint，具有良好的演讲技巧。
2、功能技能和技术技能：
61了解中国内部组件的制造成本结构。
61了解内饰件的工程开发和成本结构。
61根据制造和开发成本结构提供定价估算的财务知识和技能。
