Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations and Planning the Order and Delivery Manager role involves… assure order fulfillment from customer order receiving to shipment, drive improvements on order schedule improvements to meet customer request dates with correct products and right quantity. Constant consider ways of process improvements in order to optimize its function and to best support department objectives.
What a typical day looks like: 61 Customer service, act as the key liaison to customers handling customer order and demand fulfillment (from predict demand to order payment) 61 Oversee end-to-end order management processes, including order entry, validation, production scheduling, and delivery coordination 61 Ensure accuracy of order details (quantity, pricing, specifications) and compliance with contractual terms 61 Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies (e.g., delays, shortages), and ensure on-time delivery to clients 61 Customer escalation channel, handle shortages escalations, customer communications and supply allocation base on different customers’ demands 61 Manage delivery precisions (OTD, Delivery LT) for global supply sites to sustain good customer delivery experiences 61 Manage and coordinate shipment instructions to forwarders/ forwarder in-house staff. 61 Customer sample management 61 Report FPM Revenue projection for global supply sites 61 Support customer RMA handling 61 Inside sales coordination 61 Overall responsibility to the processes within the Order & Delivery. 61 Lead and coordinate work in the function according to department requirements and guidelines. 61 Continuously improve and develop processes within the function. 61 Manage, coach and motivate teams to achieve business goals 61 Other tasks assigned by Director of Sales Operation and Planning.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 61 University degree or equivalent from technical or business area 61 Good knowledge and 5-8 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Program Management, preferably in the electronics industry 61 Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills 61 Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous 61 Fluent in English both in written and verbal 61 Good communication and negotiation skills 61 Good knowledge of process and procedure 61 Knowledge of international trade is preferred
