Day to Day Responsibilities: 84 Responsible for daily RFQ from existing contract manufacturers 84 Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders and import & export related documents. 84 Monitor and report the shipment schedule. 84 Prepare and report contract manufacturer performance. 84 Assures Contribution Metrics are updated and linked with site/business sourcing projects. 84 Maintain/keep good communication with key CMs and leasing warehouse. 84 Maintains contractual documents (Supply Agreements, Pricing Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Certificates of Insurance, etc.). 84 Inventory Management: Organizes, controls, audit and minimizes materials on hand, slow moving and obsolete materials. 84 Acts as GSM liaison between plants and CMs, including materials and quality areas. 84 Recommends changes to purchasing practices/supply management to ensure conformance with established laws, policies, and ethical principles activity-based costing). Take lead in the planning and implementation of these changes. 84 Acts as main contact for RTP to ensure invoicing issues are eliminated or resolved immediately. Education & Experience 84 B.S degree in supply chain/engineering or business discipline 84 3+ years of purchasing experience in implementing and managing supplier or contract manufacturing operations; preferably in matrix organization company environment. 84 Strong knowledge of supply chain operations with demonstrated experience of problem solving and critical thinking. 84 Technical sourcing or business project experience will be a bonus. 84 Good knowledge of contracting and purchasing terms and conditions 84 Ability to manage varied and demanding workload across multiple businesses and time zones 84 Worked in a multi-cultural, multinational environment preferably.
