1. Allocation & Replenishment operation
- Operate 1C and 2C stores for DTC channels and Macau, ensuring accurate initial distribution and alignment with business strategies.
- Execute stock replenishment for retail stores based on real-time sales data and inventory turnover rate

2. Stock Transfer
- Arrange stock transfer or consolidation across channel to achieve target sell-through rates and minimize excess stock.

3. Cross Channel & Reginal Coordination
- Analyses sales performance and inventory levels to coordinate timely between channels and Regions.

4. Reporting & Analysis & Ad-hoc Projects
- Generate and maintain detailed reports for inventory and sales, and allocation efficiency to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support ad-hoc projects.

85 Good understanding of allocation KPI, 3-5 years’ experience in allocation field esp. in fashion industry
85 Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
85 Effective execution to drive the result as expected.
85 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
85 Bachelor degree or above
