Principal Accountabilities/Main Functions Provide quality representation for the market segment teams in customer meetings and reviews Provide written report to customers and company management teams detailing performance measures, issues and improvement action plans as required Support building and maintaining customer relationships Introduce, sustain and cascade quality techniques that meet both customer (e.g. CSR) and business needs in line with appropriate national and international standards particularly with IATF 16949(Automotive industry business only) Transform the voice of the customer (VoC) into critical to quality (CTQ) characteristics in tesa products and processes Ensures successfully PPAP submission whenever requested by customer (Automotive industry business only) Assist change management process and ensures properly customer notification Coordinate and complete diverse customer requests such as questionnaires Support and advice in case of quality assurance agreements Coordinate and accompany customer audits Review, analyze and provide reaction and improvement plans for customer scorecards Lead problem solving activities using company and customer methodologies to ensure verifiable and effective actions and prevent further occurrence Support line trials and engineering changes at customer site(If necessary) Conducts quality assurance training programs for the personnel in conjunction with customer and tesa requirements Requirements & Qualifications 1) Education Background : BSc. degree (or higher) in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering, process engineering or equivalent 2) Skills/Capabilities/Working Experience Requirement: 3~7 years of experience in automotive quality field. (Automotive industry business only) More than 5 years working experience with quality standard IATF 16949, automotive core tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP and SPC). Six Sigma skills would be an advantage. (Automotive industry business only) Excellent problem-solving skills applying 8D methodology Familiar with automotive customer07s portals and platforms Auditing experience Experience working on a cross functional team 3) Languages, Certificates and Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
