Main Accountabilities -Customer 61 Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships 61 Devlelop and maintain strong existing IP customer relations and loyalty 61 Respond to customer RFI, RFQ and Tenders 61 Respond to IP customer needs/enquiries/complaints 61 Lead and monitor the execution and implementation of big projects 61 Understand and implement solutions to meet customer requirements
-Head of Commercial 61 Work with commercial head to achieve the revenue and GP objectives. 61 Provide IP customers data to Head of Commercial to facilitate business performance review & evaluation 61 Support to devise, fine tune and implement overall strategy and directives
-Other Functions 61 Coordinate with different departments to deliver quality service to IP customers 61 Maintain good communication and working relationship with others functions
People Management 61 Develop a high performance service culture within the functional station 61 Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance
Requirements for the Job: -Divisional Experience 61 Good knowledge about DHL business and org chart 61 Good knowledge on international trade/forwarding 61 Good knowledge on multi-model transportation
-Functional Experience 61 Proven track records of clients resources and market connections 61 Good understanding of project / chartering sales knowledge 61 Good knowledge on cargo 61 Good knowledge on handling emergency cases 61 Good relationship-maintenance/ building skills 61 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in management role, preferably in shipping or freight forwarding
Language Requirements:English-Full fluency in written and spoken
