1. Acts as a business partner on logistical process level, able to, efficiently and effectively, manage the execution of service contracts (SBS, SUS). 1. A technical or industrial engineering Master's degree or Bachelor’s degree. 技术或工业工程背景,本科及以上学历。 2. At least 5 years of leading a customer service or in a similar position, preferably in a technical, industrial or logistical environment. 5年以上客户服务管理或类似经验,技术、工业、物流背景尤佳。 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 具有良好的沟通能力和表达技巧。 4. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. 普通话和英语流利。
