Functional Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Duties,
61Foster effective communication between employees and management. 61Collaborate with the regional, US HR leaders and local Asian leaders to support strategic initiatives. 61Support Shaw Global leaders execute business objectives through strategic and tactical human resources support including hiring, training, and performance management. 61Employee relations and support good company culture. Motivate employees’ activity for work by applying a variety of Employee Relations programs. Plan and execute, in collaboration with business and HR leaders, employee activities including volunteer activity, Women’s Day, annual dinner, team building, etc. 61Handle China business visa, work permits, residence permits. 61Work with Shanghai Fesco to handle the monthly payroll calculation. Maintain the payroll system. 61Collect IIT deductions information, be responsible for the monthly IIT declaration in the government tax system based on China tax regulation. 61Prepare payroll budget. 61Screen profile of applicants, and build up the database of talents, keep a long-term relationship with the potential candidates. 61Implement recruitment plan, arrange and conduct interviews based on company’s needs to choose and recruit good quality employees. 61Assist in conducting training needs analysis and develop training plan. Coordinate resources for execution of training plan. 61Create and maintain staff records and personnel documents, including job descriptions, employee handbooks and labor contracts. M Manage employee data in the WorkDay system. 61Provide support for employee relations matters, including the annual performance review process, performance improvement plans (PIPs), position elimination and employee separations. 61Coordinate the orientation for newcomers and coordinate the handover for the people who resigned. 61Ensure all staffing programs are in compliance with China labor law. 61Complete HR report forms and analysis as required on time and quality. 61Other tasks assigned by HR manager/director.
Education, Training, Experience:
61Bachelor degree, in HRM/ Business Admin. or related 61+2 years HR working experience 61Logical thinking, careful and reliable 61Excellent communication skills and interpersonal 61Willing to work under pressure 61Teamwork spirit 61Good command of written and spoken English. 61Computer skills: Microsoft Office.
