Job purpose: We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our growing PHINIA Finance team as an Cashier! This position will support us in finance daily payment. Key Responsibilities: 61 Fully dedicated in Cashier accounting: Payment on time and accuracy, continuously optimize supplier master data for Auto pay, Bank reconciliation, Bank receipt archive. 61 Prepare checks based on request and supporting document. 61 Control Petty Cash safe & maintain Petty Cash fund. 61 Custody of blank checks, maintain check log. 61 Disburse cash reimbursement, travel advances, etc. based on authorized request. 61 Prepare request for cash deposits. 61 Other bank related work: L/C, drafts, advice 61 Other Clerical assignment. 61 Declare Foreign Transaction to SAFE. 61 On time issue and email the E-VAT invoice per instruction from GBS and NER part, and VAT hard copy archive. 61 Internal control check with Fenbeitong system, Monthly expenses list review with department manager, close account during exit check process. 61 Well performing in annual external and internal Audit (PRC statutory audit, Internal SOX audit) 61 Accomplish tasks assigned by supervisor or manager 61 Make safety and environment the most important criteria in the working area and for the individual. What we’re looking for: College degree or above with major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics or equivalent experience. 61 Minimum 1 year experience in cashier position with similar responsibilities; 61 Ability to communicate in written English 61 Proficiency with Microsoft Office software 61 Familiar with SAP system is a plus. 61 Enthusiastic & eager to learn; A team player, High degree of personal integrity and honesty. Good communication skill.
